At LitVox, we also believe that great literature inspires great art. We’ve teamed up with dozens of independent artists and designers to create stunning prints, artwork and cards inspired by the greatest books ever written.

Read our Story
We started our journey in March 2020, at the beginning of the Covid-19 lockdown. With so many people stuck at home, a group of friends from bookshops around Ireland decided to offer free reading lists to anyone who wanted them. As people found themselves with more time on their hands and a desire to limit their screen exposure, the reaction we received was overwhelmingly positive.
Above all, LitVox’s mission is to get people reading more. However, with bookshop numbers declining and so many online retailers only recommending sponsored items, we agreed that people needed a place they could go for unbiased, higly personalised advice on books. In other words, a real bookseller, but online. Unlike Amazon and other online retailers, we don’t use algorithms and we don’t accept corporate sponsorship. Our service is highhy personalised, but very quick and simple to complete. Just tell us the kind of books/movies/TV you like, and we’ll do the rest. LitVox has developed into the best Irish online bookshop out there, and we’re only getting stronger.
